About me
My name is Cristina, and to get to know each other better, I’d like to share a little about myself.
I’m Italian, but I’ve been living in Spain for several years. I’m the proud mom of two wonderful children, and cooking for them has always been one of my greatest joys: I love pampering them with their favorite meals and turning the kitchen into a place of love and togetherness.
Over time, however, I began to notice some changes: as happens to many, my metabolism was no longer the same. I had always been slim, but little by little I started to feel different, carrying a few extra kilos. That curiosity led me to learn more: I began reading books and listening to nutrition experts.
First, I discovered the Grez diet, and soon after, the ketogenic diet. Two approaches that are similar but not identical, and they sparked my passion. From that moment, my love for cooking turned into experimentation: adapting traditional recipes into keto or low carb versions, without losing flavor.
Today, I can proudly say I am very satisfied: not only did I regain my shape, but I also experienced benefits for my skin, hair, energy levels, and overall wellness.
